Terms & Conditions

Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only on receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking. Bookings made less than 8 weeks before arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 8 weeks before arrival: deposit is non-refundable but balance will be returned. Cancellations made within 8 weeks of arrival: no refund is payable. We strongly recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance.

Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation or park facilities during their stay. Rosebush Holiday Park cannot accept liability for loss or injury to guests or their property except where negligence on our part can be demonstrated.

Pets

Dogs are welcome subject to our site rules. Guests are liable for any damage caused by their pets. Any additional cleaning required due to pets will be charged.

Changes to Bookings

We reserve the right to alter or cancel any booking in exceptional circumstances. In such cases we will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.
